Peru teen pleads guilty in Westclox arson

A 15-year old Peru boy has admitted to his part in the New Year’s Eve fire at the Westclox building.  The teen, in juvenile court this morning, pled guilty to felony aggravated arson.  He’ll be sentenced on March 6th, but will face no possible jail time because he’s a minor.  His alleged cohort, 17-year old Steven Gallacher of La Salle, could face jail time, as he’s being tried as an adult.  His jury trial is scheduled to begin on March 5th.
