Quinn: Illinois Is Recovering, Difficult Decisions Coming

Governor Pat Quinn believes Illinois has turned the corner, but warns more tough decisions are coming.  The governor wants there to be changes to the public pension and Medicaid programs this year.  Speaking during his State of the State today, the governor promises any pension program changes will be constitutional and fair to all employees.  He wants a pension working group to come up with a solution this year.
