Classes Offer Conceal Carry Licenses

(Carterville, IL)  --  Illinoisans are finding a way to get licensed to carry a concealed handgun.  They're taking a class at John Logan College which qualifies them to apply for a permit through the state of Utah.  The permit will allow them to carry a gun in 30 different states but Illinois is not one of them.  Illinois remains the only state in the nation that does not have some form of conceal carry law on the books.
