Four of the fraternity brothers facing felony charges for the hazing death of an NIU freshman are in in court today. The four fraternity leaders are among 22 people, including a Princeton High School graduate, who are charged in the death of David Bogenberger. The 19-year-old was found dead inside the Pi Kappa Alpha chapter house on November 2 after a night of heavy drinking during an initiation party. 20-year old David Sailer, a 2011 PHS graduate, is charged with misdemeanor hazing in the death, which has been ruled accidental.
