(Springfield, IL) -- State health officials are urging people to get a flu shot, if they haven't already done so. Public Health Director Doctor LaMar Hasbrouck says a very severe strain of the flu is going around, but the vaccination can help keep people from getting really sick. He says it's a good idea to stay home if you're sick so you don't spread the virus.
