Investigation continues into fatal Putnam County traffic accident

The investigation continues into a single-vehicle accident Monday in Putnam County that took the lives of two rural Magnolia residents.  The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office says the accident happened Monday morning on Route 26 and Clear Creek Road in Magnolia Township.  A vehicle driven by 22-year old Brandon Ransom left the road, struck a guardrail and ended up in a creek bed.  Both Ransom and his passenger, 19-year old Stephanie Lomedico, were thrown from the vehicle.  Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
