Man arrested after crumbling and tossing seatbelt ticket

Maybe next time, a Chicago man will treat a ticket from the police a little more seriously.  According to the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle was pulled over yesterday morning in Streator for not signaling properly.  Two passengers were ticketed for not wearing seatbelts.  One of those passengers, Neko Forbes, reportedly crumpled up the ticket and tossed it out the car window.  He was arrested for littering and taken to the LaSalle County Jail.
