Search continues for Grand Ridge gas station robber

The investigation continues into a robbery at a Grand Ridge gas station.  The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office received a call just after 2:30 yesterday afternoon about a robbery at the Shell station in Grand Ridge.  They say a man bought something at the gas station before demanding the clerk give him the money out of the cash register.  The robber, who is described as a white man, then fled the scene.  No arrests have been made.  State police are helping with the investigation.
