A Princeton man has been found NOT guilty of felony sexual abuse. The charges stemmed from an incident last April in Kewanee. The verdict was handed down Monday by Henry County Circuit Court Judge Richard Zimmer. He said the state had not proven 25-year old Terrence Toussaint guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The judge also noted the alleged victim had a web page on a social networking site claiming her age to be 20, although she was actually 14. Toussaint, who had been held in the Henry County jail since his arrest, was released.
