If you’re a comic book fan, you’ll want to check out an event this evening at the Princeton Public Library. Stuart Moore, a New York-based writer of comic books and prose novels, and award-winning comics editor, discusses his career and the comic book industry in general via Skype. The discussion begins at 6:30 and will include an opportunity for interactive question and answer. Moore's recent writing includes Civil War from Marvel Comics and Web of Spider-Man, which was featured in a half-page New York Times article. He’s also taken part in Star Trek and Transformers projects, and John Carter: The Movie Novelization. The library has a collection of graphic novels and comic books for both adult and younger readers—and expects to add to the collection using a state grant to expand its offerings this summer. Tonight’s program is free and open to the public. For more information, call the library or go to theprincetonlibrary.org.
