A 31-year-old Walnut man plead guilty this week to unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
Travis Mc Innes was arrested by TRIDENT (Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team) in April after he sold an undercover agent 8 separate bags of a suspicious substance at a Princeton Business.
Officials tested 4 of the 8 bags and determined that the substance was .2 grams of heroin.
On Tuesday Mc Innes plead guilty to the Class 2 Felony offense of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance and awaits a sentencing hearing on October 29th.
