Big reward offered in Bureau Valley arson investigation

A large reward is being offered to catch an arsonist…county officials say. Ten-thousand dollars is on the table for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the fire at the Bureau Valley School District administrative offices this past summer. Bureau County Sheriff John Thompson says investigators have determined that the fire was not caused by natural causes. Thompson is encouraging the public to come forward with information.
