The cause of a grain bin fire in Princeton Thursday afternoon will remain undetermined. Units responded to property belonging to Ann and Mike Weisbrod at 501 North Sixth St. Fire Chief John Petrakus says firefighters met intense flame conditions on the 20,000 bushel grain bin. Petrakus says Wyanet, Tiskilwa, Princeton and Malden responded to the fire. The damage to the bin and grain is estimated at $25,000. No one was injured.
