James Twidell
62-year old James Twidell of Princeton died on Friday at his rural Princeton home. Services are Wednesday at 11 at First Lutheran Church in Princeton with burial at the Cemetery of the First Baptist Church of Manlius. Visitation is from 5 to 8 Tuesday at the church.
He is survived by his wife Mary Lee of Mendota. Also by his parents - George and Margaret Twidell of Princeton. Three daughters also survive: Valerie Nelson of Michigan, Emily Adamow of India and Caroline Twidell of Princeton. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 3 God-children.
James Twidell was a graduate of Walnut High School and received his BA in Animal Science at Western Illinois University in Macomb. He farmed for 22 years. He’d worked at Nelson Construction and Someone’s in the Kitchen.
He was a member of First Lutheran Church, Princeton and served on the church council. Was also a Sunday School teacher and member of Gideons International
