IVCC women's basketball team on a roll

The Illinois Valley Community College men’s and women’s basketball teams continued their winning ways Tuesday in home wins over Waubonsee College.

The women moved to 12-0 with a 73-67 win and the men defeated the defending Region IV champion Chiefs 68-60. The men, 6-5, have now won three of the last four games. Both teams conclude the first half of the season Saturday at Wright; the women play at 1 p.m. and the men at 3.
